With over 30 combined years of experience, the Hawkins Group at Century 21 is a family real estate team that is dedicated to servicing the needs of our clients in every Real Estate transaction.  We began investing in real estate in 1995 with our family investment group.   After building our investment portfolio we began helping family members realize the dream of homeownership through education and experience.  We have since each developed our own specialized skills servicing buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients.  We have developed programs to assist buyers to understand and master each step of homeownership from credit repair to applying for and obtaining a mortgage.  We hold your hand every step of the way.  We also have programs for sellers that include home staging and moving assistance services.
